Refund Policy

30-day no-questions refund for your first month

If BillSnap isn't useful to you within the first 30 days after your first paid charge, email support@billsnap.dev from the address on your account and we'll refund that month's charge in full. We don't ask why.

After the first month

Subsequent months are non-refundable. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Trials

The 14-day trial does not require a card. There is nothing to refund. If you complete the trial without adding a card, detection simply stops at trial end.

Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account and bar future sign-ups from the same Google identity until the dispute is resolved. Please just email us — refund requests are processed within two business days, faster than any chargeback.
