BillSnap

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-19

The short version

BillSnap is a small SaaS that watches your GCP billing data for cost anomalies and alerts you. $15/month per connected project. We do our best; you take responsibility for acting on the alerts. Either party can cancel any time. We don't promise BillSnap will catch every cost spike — it's a complement to, not a replacement for, your own cost-monitoring practices.

1. The service

BillSnap pulls daily aggregate data from your GCP billing export, computes statistical anomalies per SKU, and notifies you of any SKU whose daily cost exceeds your configured threshold. You are responsible for ensuring the billing export is enabled and configured correctly.

2. Account and payment

You sign in with Google. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Trials are 14 days, no card required. After the trial, your card is charged $15/month per connected project until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Our responsibilities

5. Limitations of liability

BillSnap is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every cost spike will trigger an alert, that every alert will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Our maximum aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the total amount you paid us in that period — typically $15-$180 depending on project count.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or cost overruns that an alert did not catch.

6. Termination

You may terminate by canceling your subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support@billsnap.dev. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms or abuse the service. On termination, we will purge your account data within 30 days per the privacy policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; substantive changes will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
